276 Phillip Walsh To Thos D. Hall Deed 50 Acres Land

This Indenture mad this 11th day of March 1828 Between Phillip Walsh and Thomas D. Hall both of Wilkes State of North Carolina [word] that this P. Walsh for amd in consideration of the sum of $1.00 to him in hand paid by the [letter] Thomas D. Hall before the [word] and [word] hereof the [word] whereof his doth hereby acknowledge and [word] therewith fully satisfied and paid hath granted bargain and convey and confirmed and by then presents do fully freely clearly and absolutely grant bargain with convey and confirm unto this Thomas D. Hall him himself and of [word] forever a certain tract or parcel of land containing fifty acres be the [two words] or [word] lying and being in North Carolina after said on the waters of Elk Creek beginning at a spanish oak at the [word] of Rocks in the Old line running West eighty poles to the [word] oak on Hendrix line North one hundred poles to a stake East eighty poles to a stake South one hundred poles to the beginning together with [word] eight [word] providing and [word] to said [word] belonging or in any way approtiatinig to his and to hold unto him the said Thomas D. Hall his heirs or [word] forever the [word] and meaning of the presents are that the said James D. Hall heirs or [word] shall and may at all times forever hereafter [word] fully and [word] hold [word] and ennjoy the aforesaid grant and bargain [word] with appentenance thereto belong free and clear of all encumberances and claims whatsoever and the Philip Walsh for himself his heirs Executor and Administrator unto him the said Thomas D. Hall his heirs or [word] to aforesaid land will [word] and truly warrant and forever after
