Most site indexes are organized alphabetically but I'm not most people and thus I have organized my site by interest area.

The main page is merely the front door through which you enter and which has a greeting and the most recent news and links to places.

Stories sold - A listing of my sold stories and where they've appeared. This is stored in the writing folder.
Story Samples - A page with links to various stories both published and unpublished. This is an opportunity to take a look at my style and see if I write the kind of stories that you think you would enjoy reading. No cost. No obligation. This is stored in my samples folder.
Blog - I signed out of Live Journal but kept my SFF.NET account. This is a place where you are invited to pull up a chair and type in your comments about anything of interest.
Online Journal - This is where I post information about events, thoughts, feelings, etc. and it is not comment-enabled.
Genealogy Links - This is a compilation of all the genealogy information I have about both my family, my husband's family, and my children's father's family. If you find an error or have a question, please send an e-mail.

Subfolders include:

Cats - We have lived with many cats over the years and I sometimes include stories, pictures, and information about cats.
The Cat Journal is cj.html - Years ago, we found a small kitten with literary aspirations. This is the kitten's journal about his life with us before moving on to a better place (Chicago).
How to sleep with an allergic cat owner - This is the same kitten's instructional guide for cats on how to sleep with an allergic human (me), accompanied with pictures of the best possbible positions to induce the maximum amount of allergens into the human's body.

Clarion

I went to Clarion 2000 and retained the journal entries from those years as well as a tracking of all expenses.
Since inflation renders this log unuseful to most people, it is still on line but I no longer have links to its pages.

Fencing - I started fencing in 2004 and it's become an obsession. In this area you will find tournament reports, photos, and essays.

v50ws.html - A page that contains the name of every Veteran 50+ Women's Sabre fencer who has competed in 2005-2006 with whatever little information I have managed to compile for her. Why? Because I have namelexia and our names are on the BACKS of our lames rather than the front. I hope to acquire a few more photos and additional information but certainly don't intend to post any personal information beyond whether a fencer is right- or left-handed.

Genealogy - This contains information about our direct lineage to the Basey, Means, Downing, Joyce, Hendrix, Day, Walsh, West, Holder, Carter, Greenwood, Dunn, and Hockett family trees as well as some historical information concerning churches, local history, and other items that interested me.

Icons - This is simply a folder where I store my icons.

Inventory - This is where I keep an inventory of some items. It's boring stuff and I very, very rarely link to anything in this location.

Journal I was online in the early days of web paging and whiel I've tossed most of what was online, I've retained a feww items.

My online journal is cluttered with junk and I'm not going to list the purpose of each and every item.

Mother - My mother had sudden onset dementia and went to the emergency room for the first time June 17, 2005. This folder is filled with mostly personal items but every rare once in a while, I will post a link and talk about the experiences.

Personal - This is where I keep my personal stuff like my biography. I also have a couple of articles here about my personal experiences (during my first marriage) with domestic violence. This is past history and I usually prefer to avoid discussions of those days.

Pics - A folder in which I keep pictures.

Wip - A folder that is seldom seen by the public.

Writing - A collection of personal work and pointers to articles about writing.
